Men's Ice Hockey 11/21/2021 3:38:52 PM Suspension announced for BGSU's Collin Follow @CCHAHockey The Central Collegiate Hockey Association's (CCHA) Department of Officiating announced Sunday a one-game suspension for Bowling Green's sophomore forward Chrystopher Collin. The CCHA announced the suspension stemming from an incident at 15:06 of the third period on Saturday, Nov. 20 against Lake Superior State. The on-ice call was a 5-minute major and game misconduct penalty for Contact to the Head. After further league review, the CCHA has determined that the penalty will result in supplemental discipline. The suspension will be served during the next game, which falls on Friday, Nov. 26, 2021 against Northern Michigan. Collin will be eligible to return to the Falcons’ lineup on Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021. About the CCHA: The Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) competes in the highest level of NCAA Division I Hockey and is regarded as one of the top player development leagues in the world for the National Hockey League (NHL).
