Friday Highlights: BGSU & NMU earn game one upsets

Sixth-seeded Bowling Green posted a 2-1 victory at third-seed Bemidji State, fifth-seeded Northern Michigan earned a commanding 5-1 road win at Lake Superior State, while second-seeded Michigan Tech needed overtime to best seventh-seed Ferris State and top-seeded Minnesota State earned a one-goal margin triumph over eighth-seeded St. Thomas in game one of the CCHA Mason Cup Quarterfinals Friday.
