No. 13 Minnesota State hosts Bemidji State with hopes of overtaking idle No. 12 Michigan Tech in the standings before the two meet next week. Meanwhile, the Beavers are attempting to hold Ferris State, which visits Northern Michigan for two. The No. 13 Mavericks trail first place No. 12 Michigan Tech (idle) by two points, while the Beavers are one point up on Ferris State for the fourth and final home ice position. Bemidji State swept Minnesota State in Mankato back in December.
