Saturday Recap: MacNaughton Stays

On a night that ended with a flourish, No. 12 Minnesota State was able to escape with a narrow victory over No. 11 Michigan Tech and claim its sixth consecutive MacNaughton Cup victory as regular season champions. Northern Michigan completed a sweep of Bowling Green to jump up into the fourth and final home ice spot, while Bemidji State rebounded to split with St. Thomas. Lake Superior State was able to complete it's sweep of Ferris State to close out the regular season.
