The Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) has announced its Players of the Week for the games on March 16 and four student-athletes from three different programs have been recognized. Logan Pietila (Michigan Tech) was named Forward of the Week, while Eric Pohlkamp (Bemidji State) was the Defenseman of the Week. Ethan Langenegger (Lake Superior State) was the Goaltender of the Week and Max Koskipirtti (Michigan Tech) was the Rookie of the Week.

CCHA Forward of the Week: Logan Pietila, Sr., Michigan Tech (Howell, Mich.) 
 
Pietila led the Huskies to a 4-3 victory over Minnesota State in the Mason Cup Semifinals on Saturday, scoring two goals, including the game-winner with 9.1 seconds left in regulation. He also notched a game-high nine shots on goal. 

CCHA Defenseman of the Week: Eric Pohlkamp, Fr., Bemidji State (Brainerd, Minn.) 
 
Pohlkamp helped Bemidji State extend its unbeaten streak to 11 games (10-0-1) last week, scoring a goal in a 4-1 victory over Lake Superior State in the Mason Cup Semifinals. Finishing at +2 on the night, he recorded four shots on goal and one block at the defensive end of the ice. 

CCHA Goaltender of the Week: Ethan Langenegger, Sr., Lake Superior State (Kamloops, B.C.) 
 
Langenegger recorded a league-high 34 saves with a .919 save percentage last week, as the seventh-seed Lakers fell at top-seed Bemidji State, 4-1. He made double-digit saves in each period, including a game-high 14 in the second, helping the Lakers stay within striking distance. 
 
CCHA Rookie of the Week: Max Koskipirtti, Fr., Michigan Tech (Espoo, Finland) 
 
Koskipirtti picked up a league-best two assists last week, helping the Huskies to a 4-3 victory over Minnesota State in the Mason Cup Semifinals. He delivered the primary helper on Michigan Tech's first goal of the game, before assisting on the team's second tally. For the game, he was even with one shot on goal and one block defensively.
