Michigan Tech heads to No. 8 Minnesota for a two-game, while Northern Michigan visits No. 15 UMass for a pair. Bemidji State flies north to take on Alaska Anchorage, with Lake Superior State traveling east to face Stonehill. NMU, which is in its second year under head coach Dave Shyiak, faces three ranked teams to begin the season, including road trips to Amherst and Columbus to face No. 16 Ohio State.
