Logged a goal in a 3-2 loss to Northern Michigan Feb. 13. 2019-20 (Fr) Solensky saw action in 10 games as a freshman. He made his collegiate debut at Minnesota (12/28/19) after sitting out the first semester due to injury. Solensky scored his first goal for BSU in a 4-3 win at Alabama-Huntsville (1/10/20). He finished the season with two points on a goal and an assist--all coming in WCHA play. He logged a season-high of two shots in a 5-3 win against Ferris State (1/3/20) and finished 2019-20 with a +1 plus/minus rating. Prior To BSU Solensky played three seasons in the NAHL with the Johnstown Tomahawks. Solensky collected 103 points in 100 NAHL games, which includes a Johnstown all-time club record of 65 assists. In the 2018-19 season, he leds the league in scoring with 34 points (12g-22a) in 21 games. Johnstown was 17-4-0-0 in the 2018-19 season to post the NAHL’s best record and the top spot in the league’s East Division standings. Following the 2017-18 season with Johnstown, Solensky represented Slovakia in the World Junior Championships. He recorded one assist in five games played.
