Sophomore Season (2019-20): Named to the WCHA All-Academic Team … Appeared in all 39 games and ranked fourth on the team with 22 points … Was third on the team with 12 goals and added 10 assists … Named the Winter Carnival MVP after scoring two goals and assisting on the game-winner against Lake Superior State (Feb. 8) … Scored the game-winning goals against Northern Michigan (Nov. 22) and versus Alaska Anchorage (Dec. 6) as part of a two-goal game … Had a goal and an assist at Robert Morris (Oct. 6) … Registered a pair of assists at NMU (Feb. 28) … Had seven points in seven games from November 15-December 6.
Freshman Season (2018-19): Named to the WCHA All-Rookie Team … Received the team’s Norbert Matovich Memorial Outstanding Freshman Award … Led the Huskies and all WCHA rookies with 12 goals … Appeared in 35-of-38 games … Third on the team with 21 points after also tallying nine assists … Six points came on the power play with three goals and three assists … Ranked third amongst league freshmen with 87 shots on goal … Scored first collegiate goal at Wisconsin (Oct. 27) … Scored two goals, including the game-winner, at Alaska Anchorage (Jan. 25) … Named the WCHA Rookie of the Week on October 29 after tallying a goal and three assists at UW (Oct. 26-27) … Had a pair of assists at Northern Michigan (March 1) … Scored a Friday night goal five weekends in a row … Had a four-game point streak with two goals and two assists from November 23-December 1 … Had three other three-game point streaks … Attended the Dallas Stars Development Camp in July 2019.
Prior to Michigan Tech: Played 59 games for the Des Moines Buccaneers in the USHL in 2017-18, tallying 35 points on 16 goals and 19 assists … Also played eight games for the Buccaneers in 2016-17 after finish a three-year career with Delano High School … Racked up 167 points in 96 games in high school, serving as the team captain in 2016-17 when he had 81 points in 25 games … Named Third Team All-State in 2017 and team was sectional champions in 2017.
