Boston, Mass. - Three Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) players have been honored as CCM/AHCA Hockey All-Americans for the 2021-22 season, the American Hockey Coaches Association announced at the Encore Boston Harbor Resort Friday during the Frozen Four weekend. 

Minnesota State's Dryden McKay and Nathan Smith (Arizona Coyotes) received All-American First-Team West honors, while Michigan Tech's Brian Halonen (New Jersey Devils) was named to the All-American Second-Team West.

The CCM Hockey All-American Ice Hockey Teams are sponsored by CCM Hockey and chosen by members of the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA). 

The 2022 Hobey Baker Memorial Award, honoring college hockey’s top player, will be announced live on the NHL Network and streamed at hobeybaker.com beginning at 6 p.m. ET.
