Weekend Preview: All Eyes On Midco

No. 20 Augustana welcomes Omaha to Midco Arena for a two-game series to close out the first half of the 2025-26 season. The two games mark the only men's hockey action in the country this weekend.

The Vikings and Mavericks renew their budding rivalry this weekend in a two-game set at Midco Arena. Augustana is coming off a home conference series in which they took 5-of-6 points from then-No. 14 Minnesota State, while Omaha dropped a pair at then-No. 4 North Dakota. The all-time series is split, 2-2-0, including a road sweep by the Vikings last season. Friday will mark the first-ever meeting at Midco Arena.
